Try googling for proxys. At my school they block them all. But its worth a shot. If you find one that is not blocked, use it. If you can't get google to google "proxy" place a space right before the word and it will pass through the filter with ease.

Go back home and get on them. If you use a proxy site to sneak through the school filter, you're running the risk of getting kicked off of the computers completely when you get caught, and then you'll REALLY be bored.

Chances are the proxies won't work anyway. Anymore, school computer systems are VERY likely to have proxy sites blocked as well as stuff like Bebo, MySpace, or whatever else they don't want students visiting on the school's equipment. Since they're the ones paying for it, they get to make the rules for how it's used.

Hello, A proxy server should do the job. See the school usually blocks such sites they don't want their users to go by placing them in whats called a access-lists in the router.

If you use a proxy server(one that isn't blocked it's self) you can "trick" the router into thinking your going to a legitimate site. When in fact you are going to myspace or whatever.

I would read up on proxy servers and try to stay way from web based proxy(the website ones) because they are almost always blocked. Instead use one that allows you to access via IP and browser.

P.S. There is about 100k proxies on the internet. So you should be able to find one that works. I know for a fact this will work if you find one that isn't blocked.

Also I used to program Cisco routers and I know how they work inside and out. Don't listen to people who say you can't get pass them.

Every time a kid finds a new unblocker that temporarily works, that tells the computer geeks that operate school computers what kids are using and they block it. Basically you're helping them do their job of blocking stuff when you try new unblockers and things on school computers.

You could claim you're trying to help the school, but what will actually happen is that when they catch you using that latest unblocker YOU will have your computer priveleges taken away. IOW, you won't be allowed to use the computer at all any more and additional punishments could be added in addition to that. Some kids are sent to alternative school for doing that. Maybe that's harsh, but it's true.

Don't risk it- it's stupid.

If you connect to a proxy, the proxy now is going to myspace, not you.

Good security networks block the common proxy sites, but you

can go to google and type in web proxies or something like that find one that works for you.

I say if he isn't from around your area and you only know him from myspace, start talking on the phone and getting to know his personailty on the phone...hopefully by calling hime once in awhile you'll get to hear from his parents to know how old he really is, and maybe even some of his friends. Well, I don't know about child molesters and rapists on there... but I do know that ten minutes after I created my account, I had one friend, and I was trying to figure out who he was, and probably get rid of him when my computer suddenly went blank.

When I turned my computer back on, I was informed that there was a virus. My computer no longer recognized my modem, and my left mouse button didn't work. I tried using another mouse, which my computer didn't recognize. Then I tried reloading my modem software, and the computer didn't recognize it's DVD drive, so I plugged in a USB DVD ROM drive, which it didn't recognize. With no DVD drive, I couldn't reboot the computer myself, so I tried using another computer to copy the reloading software onto an external hard drive. Then I plugged the hard drive into the bad computer, saved all my stuff, and tried to reload from the hard drive.

The computer then told me to insert Disk 2... which of course didn't work, since the DVD drive had crapped out... so I tried to do a system restore instead, and after that, the computer wouldn't recognize my external hard drive either.

I ended up taking the thing to CompUSA to get it rebooted. They wanted $150.00, and it took them two months to get it working again.

I hate myspace. It's a virus factory. I'm never visiting there again.

if you have the song, you can upload it yourself. First, you will have to make another account under a band/artist. Then, upload the song into your artist profile. When your're done, log out, and go to your regular account. Go to music, type in the "fake" artist name you used to make an artist account. Find the account, and click add song to add the song you uploaded to your profile.

This seems longwinded but its step by step. This is a lot easier than you think. once you've done it once it'll take 2 minutes.

-First make sure the pic you want as a background is a good size and is saved on your computer.

-Go to a site like killerkiwi.net or similar, these sites allow you to completly design your myspace profile.

-Go to Photobucket.com and open an account (its free and takes 2 mins). once registered, click upload pic and select the one you want from your hard drive, click upload and let it do its thing (will take a short while).

-When the pics uploaded it is now in your photobucket album, below the pic in your album there will be a URL.

-In the killerkiwi 'profile editor' it gives you the option to choose a background colour, or if you like a backgrounf image, copy the url from photobucket and paste into this box.

-Ok this and in the preview box you'll see your pic as a myspace page, you can edit all other aspects of your page until you are happy with the look.

-When happy, click to generate code and you'll see a box of html code (looks like random letters). Copy this and paste it into your myspace edit profile section under where you write about yourself.

-save changes click home then view profile and voila!
