I have myspace.... /kaykai.. if you know anything about it. But what do yall think about it? is if overrated?

I don't love it but I like it a lot. :-) It's a good way to catch up with old friends and just plain fun with picking out layouts, music, etc. It's also a great way to hear about new music artists.

As long as you don't take it too seriously it's fun!

And concerning the child molester comments: where are the parents? They need to be monitoring their children's internet use and actually communcating with their children about the danger of predators. They're everywhere, not just on MySpace.

I find that it is a teen site. It just isn't for me being an adult and all.

Loved it for a while but it's getting old now. But still a good place to see artist and their new music.

Hate it! It's basically a virtual playground or park, which lets molesters prey on kids.

guys you will not have this prob. if you just control who gets on your list that's what i do i have where the person has to know my last name or email in order to add so trust me i am the smart one

i love myspace. i have reconnected with old friends and i stay in touch with my cutrrent friends through myspace!

It's an interesting concept (a site that allows people to connect with other people and their favorite musicians), but I don't care for the layout... at all.

Well, I don't know about child molesters and rapists on there... but I do know that ten minutes after I created my account, I had one friend, and I was trying to figure out who he was, and probably get rid of him when my computer suddenly went blank.

When I turned my computer back on, I was informed that there was a virus. My computer no longer recognized my modem, and my left mouse button didn't work. I tried using another mouse, which my computer didn't recognize. Then I tried reloading my modem software, and the computer didn't recognize it's DVD drive, so I plugged in a USB DVD ROM drive, which it didn't recognize. With no DVD drive, I couldn't reboot the computer myself, so I tried using another computer to copy the reloading software onto an external hard drive. Then I plugged the hard drive into the bad computer, saved all my stuff, and tried to reload from the hard drive.

The computer then told me to insert Disk 2... which of course didn't work, since the DVD drive had crapped out... so I tried to do a system restore instead, and after that, the computer wouldn't recognize my external hard drive either.

I ended up taking the thing to CompUSA to get it rebooted. They wanted $150.00, and it took them two months to get it working again.

I hate myspace. It's a virus factory. I'm never visiting there again.
