A fairly new one I am really loving right now is Yuniti ( http://yuniti.com ). In my experience it is the best out there - easiest to use, safest, best features, and really pretty.

It's been getting a lot of good press lately.

Some of my favourite Yuniti features:

*has a built in profile tracker (tells you who viewed your blog, pics, profile, comments, etc)

*you can categorize your friends and allow certain people to only see certain parts of your page

*you can super easily customize your page

Faceparty is gaining popularity as a more *cough* mature site, as it allows people tp upload "Mature" images.

There is also blinxi,It will alow code but no music,just above facebook in the boring stakes! There is also meetyourmessenger.which is adult in the way most people talk on it. For a while there was also meetamessenger which was shaping up quite well untill the site was hacked ,It's supposed to be making a return soon.But Myspace is still the best for me and HI5.
