I think its a fad that spreads like a virus.

All the female classmates I know that have myspaces have turned into from an okay person to a prep or a *****(female dog)

All the guy classmates that I know have that have myspaces tries too hard to impress the girls, act cool and fail their grades.

really what i think is it allows people that are not so social in real life but desire it, to have many more friends and conversations than they would face to face and allows them to be more social in a cyber environment ..

Pro:

Myspace and bebo help communication, it lets other people know eachother and find eachother, everybody wants to have more friends! It also help people to be known more, since kids have limited opitions to life yet adults got many, but in the adults case i would like to think they are more comfortable talking online then in the real world.

Theres protection programs for minors

Con:

myspace and bebo is share with many people, which includes the people with sick minds, alchoal and ex[, expose to their bad experences can't be completely earsed, anyhow few these days aren't expose to such.

It makes minors not go outside as much, like the good old days
